At AHM Apparels, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and on time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If the tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we will assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and the product so we can review the issue.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
